Spiritual Gifts Seminar In
Apostolic Church
10th October 2005
Scotsman Pastor Samuel McKibben is taking a spiritual gifts
seminar this Saturday in Lurgan Apostolic Church.
“I’ve been to Northern Ireland a lot over the last five years and
I feel that I’ve a great bond with the Ulster people. At the
seminar, we’ll be having a closer look at spiritual gifts and in
particular, the gift of prophecy,” explains Pastor McKibben who
has worked for almost 40 years in full-time ministry with the
Apostolic Church. But he’s far from retired and has recently been
preaching as far away as Nigeria. Not bad for a man in his 70s.
“Nigeria is an incredible country and to witness what God is doing
there was exceptional. I preached to over 70,000 people at one
service there and the power of God just came down. Many people
were standing in tears, just giving their lives to Christ.”
So to hear more about spiritual gifts, be at the Apostolic Church
in Bridge Street at 11.00am this Saturday. And just in case you
can’t make it then, Pastor McKibben is the special speaker at
11.00am and 6.30pm on Sunday in Lurgan Apostolic Church.
